Project Manager / Business Analyst Location: Remote (EST Hours) Employment Type: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire We are seeking a versatile Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and support a portfolio of crossfunctional projects. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in both project management and business analysis and can confidently manage initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery. Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, timelines, communication, and risk management. * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using techniques such as use cases, process flows, and current/future state analysis. * Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to align on project goals and outcomes. * Drive process improvements, facilitate decision-making, and ensure on-time delivery. * Balance multiple complex projects simultaneously in a structured (primarily waterfall) environment. Required Qualifications * 4+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. * Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication. * Ability to manage 6-8 concurrent projects. * Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and communication abilities. Nice-to-Have * Experience with user stories, use cases, and process mapping. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterbury, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
