If you love a role where every day is different, teamwork matters, and your work truly helps people-this is the place for you. *What You'll Do* As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes with professionalism and empathy * Providing accurate information about our testing services, pricing, and processes * Researching and resolving customer inquiries * Setting up new customer accounts and entering orders * Logging conversations and actions in our database (attention to detail matters!) * Evaluating when to escalate issues to Leads or the Customer Service Manager * Applying policies and procedures consistently * Crosstraining with other departments to support collaboration and bigpicture understanding * Bringing customer concerns or internal challenges to the leadership team * Adhering to assigned schedules, including breaks and shift times * Following ergonomic and safe work practices, including stressrelief breaks * Supporting the team with other duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly *What You Bring* We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: * 1-3 years of customer service experience * A positive, solutionsfocused "can-do" attitude * High School Diploma or equivalent * Demonstrated customer service aptitude and professionalism * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent interpersonal and conflictresolution skills * Strong attention to detail and high efficiency * Solid problem-solving abilities * Clear, professional written and verbal communication * Intermediate computer skills-including MS Office, email, and database systems * Effective time and stress management *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
