PROJECT MANAGER
Full-time, typically Monday - Friday. Standard shifts may include 8am - 4pm,
9am - 5pm, or 10am - 6pm, depending upon projects assignments. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak project periods is required.
$90,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
The Project Manager oversees facility construction, renovation, and major repair projects involving all building elements/systems. The Project Manager also analyses and oversees routine maintenance operations as needed.
The work centers on three core areas:
Dene project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop budgets, and nancial tracking modelsCreate and manage project schedulesLead procurement efforts, including vendor selection and contract strategyManage bidding, bid leveling, and contract awardDirect and supervise consultants, contractors, and vendorsOversee eld work to ensure quality, safety, and complianceCoordinate with stakeholders to minimize operational disruptionPrepare and manage purchase agreements, work orders, and purchase ordersManage contract documentation and code-related requirementsOversee insurance, permitting, and regulatory complianceReview contractor submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentationProduce clear and timely project status reportsReview and approve invoices; maintain planned-vs-actual reportingLead project close-out, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and nal documentationBachelor's degree with a technical or engineering emphasisProfessional experience in construction management and/or technical theatre operationsBroad knowledge of construction trades, with strong understanding of MEP systems, and controlsFamiliarity with design and construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirementsAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, wiring diagrams, and technical schematicsBasic CAD/drafting prociencyStrong survey, layout, and measurement skillsDiagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities across building systemsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated leadership and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve project goals
