About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined professional to join our team as Quality Analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality reviews of custom client Fleet spec templates and providing coaching and feedback on the quality of work. You will support and train New Vehicle Acquisition Consultants in their daily use of FleetSelect/NAOP while identifying system inefficiencies and recommending solutions. This role also serves as a liaison between IT and the business to improve productivity, performance, and service quality.

What You'll Do

  • Perform quality audits of custom client Fleet spec templates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to New Vehicle Acquisition Consultants and CSAs on Fleet spec creation quality.
  • Identify trends and training opportunities using audit results.
  • Support training on ordering platforms including FleetSelect and NAOP.
  • Assist with testing FleetSelect and NAOP enhancements when required.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT on Fleet Select, DLO, and Price & Spec system issues.
  • Support Fleet Specification rebuilds as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
  • 1-2 years of automotive experience preferred.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to change with flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience auditing high-volume, high-value specifications.
  • Ability to provide effective coaching and quality feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $60,400 to $83,050 USD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
