Our client is looking to hire a Desktop Technician to support sites in Northeast DC/Baltimore South. You must have a good car since you will be traveling to different sites. This resource must be very dependable to show up on time when they are supposed to. Resource based in the Silver Spring, MD area would be ideal Roaming travel: South Baltimore ( Silver Spring, Lanham, Mitchellville, MD, Laurel, MD areas) **** These folks will require flexibility as far as location to be working at as we will be moving them around to meet demand oIncidents - Software break/fix oIMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. oRefresh oSupport peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers oBasic experience a with Active Directory oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office oExperience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus oExperience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED oExperience with LogMeIn oTicketing System is ServiceNow oTech walk-up bar at staffed locations Additional Skills & Qualifications Resource must have Windows 10 experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Silver Spring, MD.
