PAY RANGE: $25 - $29 | SHIFT: 1st OT Eligible

QUICK SUMMARY:
The Welder Level II supports on-time production in a fast-paced sheet metal manufacturing environment by performing high-quality welding and fabrication with minimal supervision. This role works with a variety of materials and welding methods while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform TIG, MIG, and spot welding on carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
  • Weld material thicknesses ranging from .050" to .250"
  • Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate weldments
  • Set up and adjust welding equipment for various jobs
  • Grind and finish welds per print requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years welding experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read blueprints and fabricate weldments independently
  • Experience welding multiple materials and thicknesses
