Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Management Portal Developer - Senior - to support this mission in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities: As a Management Portal Developer - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technical assignments. May supervise others.
- Leads task order portal development across the TO, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with operational needs. Directs feature design, workflow automation, and modernization efforts.
- Plays a lead role in defining the technical architecture and strategic roadmap for the Task order portal, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with overarching program objectives.
- Leads the design and implementation of portal modules and features, including automated reporting processes; dashboards for financial forecasts/reporting, libraries for Trip Reports, Travel/Purchasing Requests, PRD Awards; and metrics for government stakeholder meetings (e.g., MSR, TSM.).
- Establishes and enforces coding standards, best practices, and security protocols for the development team.
- Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends their adoption to enhance Task order portal functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
- Oversees the integration of the task order portal with required external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with data transfer policies.
- Functions as a technical expert for critical task order portal components, providing guidance and mentorship to junior and journeyman developers.
- Ensures that the task order portal's capabilities support the generation and submission of required deliverables, including quarterly updates to the Electronic Contract File.
- Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: ServiceNow; Jira Help Desk; Portal development frameworks; API integration tools (ASSIST, G Invoicing); secure role based access modules; automated workflow engines for RIP/CTP/TAR approvals; PRD dashboard builders; GFP lifecycle reporting modules; document library configuration tools; burn rate and invoicing trackers; compliance monitoring systems; task order portal audit logs; Power BI embedded analytics for task order portal dashboards.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Management Portal Developer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
- Minimum of 8 years' experience with BS/BA or 6 years' experience with MS/MA or 3 years' experience with PhD.
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
- DoD 8140 role for WRC: 63; Element: IT; Work Role: Systems Developer. Proficiency Level: Intermediate / Ability to obtain
Desired Qualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
