As a Screener with Allied Universal at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will greet guests, support entry screening and access procedures, and help monitor assigned areas for security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Screen employees, vendors, and visitors at designated entry points by verifying identification, checking access authorization, and conducting package, bag, and/or metal detector screening as required by site procedures.
• Maintain an orderly screening queue, communicate entry requirements clearly, and document denied entries, prohibited items, and other screening exceptions per site policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around entrances, receiving areas, sales floor, and the perimeter as assigned. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Guard Card/License - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
