Job Title: Oracle ERP Test Manager Location(s): New York City, NY (Remote) Summary: The Test Manager drives QA strategy, leads distributed teams, owns test planning/execution, and ensures highquality deliverables across multiple releases. The role suits someone with strong leadership, test management expertise, and excellent communication. Responsibilities: Endtoend test strategy, planning, and execution. Managing teams (onsite/offshore QA resources). Building test processes: functional, regression, UAT, SIT. Stakeholder management with Product, Dev, Release, and Business teams. Budgeting, resourcing, and risk management. Quality governance and release readiness signoff. Setting up test metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Driving automation strategy (if applicable). Must have: Oracle ERP testing for Procurement and supply chain. Confluence , Jira , chef must. Needs to test scripts , test cases. Experience 15+ years in QA with 3-5 years in a lead/manager role. Experience managing 10-50 QA resources. Onsite-offshore coordination experience. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology. Working with US client environments (important for staffing roles). Technical Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC. Test management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Client ALM, TestRail. Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright - optional but preferred). API testing knowledge (Postman, ReadyAPI). Understanding DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins). Soft Skills Leadership & team coaching Excellent communication for clientfacing roles Risk/issue escalation Decision-making in tight timelines Strong documentation & presentation skills Tools: Perfect if you need to list tech skills in a JD: Test Management Tools Jira / Zephyr Azure DevOps Client ALM / Quality Center TestRail Automation Exposure (Good to Have) Selenium Cypress Playwright JMeter (for performance testing) Documentation Confluence SharePoint MS Office (Excel-heavy reporting) DevOps Awareness Jenkins GitHub/GitLab CI/CD pipelines Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
