Assembles steel joist components ready for final welding; performs such work consistent with corporate mission, values and department's financial objectives.
* Sets up jigs, reads and interprets shop drawings necessary for such work. * Moves parts into position. * Aligns parts. * Tack welds or clamps parts into position ready for moving along conveyor to final welding area. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor including, but not limited to, cleaning, metal scrap removal and other joist assembly-related activities. | |
