Summary: The Human Resources Shared Services Analyst provides advanced, specialized support within the HR Shared Services team, resolving complex inquiries, managing HRIS transactions, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. This exempt-level role serves as a subject matter expert in HR systems and policies, manages specialized HR programs, and partners with HR leadership to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. The Analyst handles data related to requests in HR systems and ServiceNow, ensuring smooth HR operations. The Analyst also manages ticket requests through ServiceNow, collaborating with other COEs and HR Strategy to identify trends and establish procedures to improve processes. Responsibilities:
- Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Resolves HR inquiries through phone, email, chat, and ServiceNow, with a focus on complex or escalated cases.
- Accurately enters and updates Associate information into the ServiceNow system, ensuring that all records are current and error-free.
- Verifies the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting any discrepancies. Performs periodic audits to ensure accuracy and corrects information as needed.
- Works closely with HR team members and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and address any data-related issues.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline data entry processes and implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Solves problems effectively by critically thinking, troubleshooting and leveraging all available resources when issues arise.
- Effectively utilizes Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications) in daily operations.
- Processes and audits specific, specialized HR transactions, such as status changes, pay rate changes, transfers, incentive agreements, and other HR Shared Services initiatives.
- Maintains and updates Associate records in HRIS (Infor), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Manages specialized HR programs such as bonus recoupment, rehire eligibility, and incentive payouts.
- Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to provide HR metrics and drive decision support.
- Contributes to knowledge base updates and process documentation.
- Mentors junior team members and provides guidance on system navigation and case handling.
- Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate policy interpretation and application.
- Identifies service gaps and recommends process improvements.
- Maintains a professional demeanor and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Supports HR Shared Services Specialists with calls, chats, or emails, as needed.
- Performs other duties and special projects as requested.
Job Requirements: Education/Skills
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, payroll, or shared services or similar areas of expertise required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Infor, ServiceNow, and Avaya
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and communicating effectively and professionally
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
In accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy, all Associates are required to obtain the required certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame. Work Schedule: 5 Days - 8 Hours Work Type: Full Time
