- This role puts you at the center of testing and commissioning critical rail systems, where your expertise directly contributes to safety, reliability, and system performance in a dynamic environment.
- Prepare, execute, and document field testing and commissioning activities.
- Identify system defects, troubleshoot issues, and support corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure system readiness.
- Support testing of train signaling and communication systems in live environments.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an engineering or technician position.
- Minimum of 8 years of supervisor experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a function in the industrial environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the design, installation, or test and commissioning of train signal or communication systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing and executing testing activities in the field.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electricity.
- Previous T&C or Maintenance experience for Railway Signaling.
- Ability to ensure defect identification (open nonconformities) and correction (troubleshooting).
- Rigorous & team player.
- Resilience, with an analytic way of thinking to solve complex system failures.
- Customer satisfaction and results-oriented.
- Able to communicate openly and clearly with various stakeholders.
- Ability to use new technologies and tools.

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

- Able to work at the physical work location is SeaTac Airport.
- Flexibility and mobility, available for short or long missions in different locations and countries.
- Available to work at night, during weekends, and on public holidays.
- Driving license.
- Able to lift 40 pounds without assistance and walk quickly on uneven surfaces in full personal protection equipment (PPE).
