Description Acara Solutions is seeking an experienced
Maintenance and Operator Instructor/Technical Writer to support our client's team in Tampa, FL. This role plans, creates, reviews, technical publications for flight simulators. Writing duties require an extensive knowledge of electronics and techniques to properly address the technical and training aspects of the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting structured classroom instruction and simulator on the job training (OJT) for all aspects of operation and maintenance of the simulator and its associated equipment. Evaluates and documents student performance. Also functions as a Technical Advisor for solving broad technical problems. Schedules all training activities. Answers complex technical questions escalated from team members/customers. Maintains good customer relations.
In this role, you will leverage your technical and leadership skills to:
Compensation: $110k - $124k/year
Shift: 1st
Schedule: 9x80 Monday-Friday
Location: Tampa, FL - on-site
