Overview
Microsoft's Office of Strategy and Transformation (OS&T) is looking for aSenior Director, Process Transformationto lead transformation efforts across Microsoft that will shape Microsoft's journey to becoming a Frontier Firm. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of operational excellence at Microsoft. As a member of our Continuous Improvement team, you will be instrumental in building and deploying innovative tools and methodologies that streamline workflows and drive efficiencies. You'll also be at the forefront of integrating AI to enhance processes and accelerate business outcomes. Process Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
