Within CO+I, the Core Datacenter Services (CDS) team is responsible for improving overall availability and efficiency for Microsoft's cloud business. We have multiple teams focused on both Microsoft and Lessor datacenter performance and all aspects of datacenterutilizationeffectiveness that includes power,waterand labor. We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to deliver a unified Data as a Service (DaaS) solution that unifies business-critical data across disparate reporting systems for managing Datacenter Operations and Supply Chain. This role is responsible for developing and driving the strategy for a central source of truth for Core Data Services reporting that will unify catalogs of data that are required for driving business decisions, operational insights, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership and experience with data systems to provide a democratized reporting offering that is made scalable through governance, reporting automation, and KPI standardization. This person will drive efforts to consolidate, rationalize, and simplify how teams across the organization access, consume, and trust data-eliminating redundant BI reports, reducing manual correlation, and creating clear data benchmarks for measuring business performance. Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
