DES Operator* (Swing)

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a candidate to assist in the DES department

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

The candidate will set up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product.Candidate will run the develop, etch and strip line, monitor the process and complete all checklists and paperwork. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances and log jobs in Oracle system.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in PCB industry preferred
• Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
• Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes.
• Must be able to work with machinery and work around chemicals
• Must have good attention to detail and good quality.
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as dictated by business necessity.
• Must have good verbal and communications skills.
• Ability to enter information in computer system.
• Prior Sanmina experience and systems knowledge is preferred.

Salary Range (annual) : $41,600.00 - $47,840.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
