Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Optimize story flow and value delivery for Scrum teams supporting US Payments - Wires and Other tech teams Enable high-quality delivery across Domestic/International Wire Processing, SWIFT MT/MX messaging, Compliance and Sanctions screening, and operational workflows Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage dependencies (Fedwire, CHIPS), lead ISO 20022 migration readiness, and ensure transparency in delivery plans Promote Agile mindset and continuous improvement in a regulated financial environment Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives Provide visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders Manage risk including dependency management, impediment removal and compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements Apply metrics to assess team delivery, maturity, and performance and identify and share improvement opportunities with the team Partner with product stakeholders to ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog Provide coaching and mentoring to the team for them to become high performing by collaborating, focusing on continuous improvement including cross-training, and sharing knowledge on scrum practices and Agile principles Lead scaled planning for the team including Pre Planning/Preparation and Program Increment Planning Events) and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/Agile Release Train Syncs Requirements: Agile Scrum Master Change Managers Desired skills: Experience preparing for and facilitating program level routines including pre and post release planning, financials management for project/program Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy Pay Range: $63.94-$71.94 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
