Copper River Consulting Group is seeking an experienced MS Power Platform Architect to support the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Human Resources Directorate (HRD) in Arlington, Virginia. This role is responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining robust Microsoft 365 solutions-including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI-while transforming complex HR data into actionable, executive-level insights. The ideal candidate is a full-stack Microsoft Power Platform expert who can design scalable back-end architectures and deliver intuitive, high-impact analytics and dashboards in support of Department of Defense (DoD) leadership decision-making.
