"I can succeed as the NACG Strategic Initiatives Senior Manager" As the NACG Strategic Initiatives Manager Senior, you will be the lead in working across the North American Client Group (NACG) and Capital Group to drive strategic alignment, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives, in line with the 2031 long-term strategic plan (LTSP). You will be responsible for assembling, aligning and coordinating individual associates and teams into cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives from design to execution, including the final transition of these strategic initiatives into BAU functions (e.g., sales, product, business operations) once initiatives reach maturity. You will effectively leverage inter-departmental relationships to maximize CG's enterprise model and influence strategic and operational decision-making through a combination of information, analysis and experience. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of NACG to effectively prepare for all internal/external speaking opportunities and CG executive governance forums. Day to day, you will:

Southern California Base Salary Range: $208,245-$354,017 New York Base Salary Range: $220,768-$375,306In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
