This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring orderly and safe conditions in accordance with security and facility standards. The Cleared Custodian operates within controlled areas and is expected to follow established procedures while maintaining a professional work environment.Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning of secure work areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility spaces Restock supplies as needed Follow security guidelines while working in controlled environments Support a safe, clean, and professional work environment Required Qualifications Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraphrequired Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Required Experience Ability to perform routine custodial tasks Ability to follow instructions and maintain reliability Strong attention to cleanliness and facility standards Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions (wiping, sweeping, mopping) Ability to work in restricted or controlled areas as required Preferred Qualifications Prior custodial or facility support experience with basic familiarity of safety procedures Experience working in secure facilities Work Schedule & Conditions Standard Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift Availability: 1st Shift: 0600-1430 2nd Shift: 1400-2230 3rd Shift: 2200-0600 Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Overtime Hours: Overtime is a requirement for this contract and is based on client needs (40-50 hours per week) Compensation& Benefits Local Rate: 1st Shift: $ 28.07 per hour + $4.93 H&W 2nd Shift: $ 32.07 per hour + $4.93 H&W 3rd Shift: $ 32.07 per hour + $4.93 H&W Benefits:401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, Paid Holidays Benefits transfer between contracts as an IDS employee Questions?
