The Branch Trainee will be placed in and will be supported in completing a comprehensive training program that will give them a foundational understanding of our industry, our customers and our organization. In addition, this program is designed around branch-oriented and professional development training to empower the Trainee to contribute to the dynamic goals of this position.

  • Onsite work environment.

  • Champions the safety, health and welfare of sales, operations and all associates.

  • Guides and implements safety policies and procedures in accordance with regional, corporate, local, state and federal guidelines.

  • Answering customer inquiries and order entry.

  • Coordinating with territory sales personnel to advance market presence and margins. Pulling and packaging customer orders.

  • Review and alignment of cash and bank deposit, open order edit list, quote list, purchase order report by item, selected order edit list.

  • Foster an environment where internal and external customers receive prompt acknowledgment and service in a pleasant manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or Supply Chain related fields.

  • Proven ability to guide and support others, with a focus on customer service and/or operations.

  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Adept at time management and organization skills.

  • Collaborative problem solving skills and administrative accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desire to grow and contribute to a career in Branch/Store/Retail Leadership.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and manage priorities effectively.
