As a part-time Ikon Pass Ambassador, you'll travel across Colorado and occasionally the U.S., selling season passes and products that keep people connected to the mountains they love. ESSENTIAL DUTIES General Responsibilities Serve as an Ikon Pass Ambassador, promoting Alterra Mountain Company products and destinations nationwide. Represent the company at events across the U.S., driving year-round mountain access sales. Utilize mobile sales systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with teams at mountain locations as needed. Move equipment and assist with event setup and breakdown as part of essential duties. Achieve seasonal sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Shift expectations This is a part-time position, typically requiring 20-30 hours per week during peak sales periods. Total seasonal hours may vary. Work will primarily take place in and around the Denver Front Range area, with travel throughout the greater Denver metropolitan region and mountain locations as needed. Occasional travel within the U.S. may also be required. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Working knowledge of the ski industry, with familiarity of Ikon Pass preferred. Previous experience in customer service and sales required. Experienced skier or snowboarder strongly preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory weekends around key pass sales deadlines: mid-March through April, Labor Day, mid-October through mid-November. Reliable transportation to and from events within the Denver metro area. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School diploma required The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.'s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits. Denver area base hourly pay range: $18.27 - $25.48 per hour Physical Requirements include the ability to stand for 8+ hours for events on uneven terrain and ability to lift up to 40 lbs for event set up.
