Job Description:

We are seeking a Dynatrace Business Flow consultant to design implement and optimize business process observability using Dynatrace The role will focus on mapping end to end business transaction correlating IT performance with business KPIs and enabling actionable insights that drive improved customer experience and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities



  • Install onagent and configure in full stack mode for all host applications and DBs
  • Configure Real User monitoring with auto instrumentation using oneagent and manual injection method
  • Map dependencies across application APIs Microservices databases and infrastructure
  • Record and configure synthetic monitoring and defining SLO problem
  • Troubleshoot oneagent gateway Service mapping issues in Dynatrace
  • Define model and configure critical business processes with Dynatrace business flow
  • Configure and instrument monitoring for AWS Lambda functions
  • Should have strong knowledge container monitoring ROSA OpenShift EKS
  • Configure KPIs such as transaction successfailures abandonment rates etc
  • Monitor end to end flows for bottlenecks anomalies or degradation impacting business outcomes
  • Provide insights into how applications performance affects business processes and customer experience
  • Work with cross functional team to identify and remediate process inefficiencies
  • Build dashboards and report for business centric application services Mobile application monitoring and IT leadership
  • Integrate with ServiceNow Jira and other ITSM tools for endend governance


Required Skills



  • Hands on experience with Dynatrace especially business flow Davis AI and observability dashboards
  • Should have experience Mobile application monitoring
  • Knowledge in DQL and Dynatrace advance dashboard configuration
  • Understanding of application performance monitoring APM distributed tracking and business transaction analysis
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and explain their impact in business terms
  • Experience in cloud native architectures AWS Azure Google
  • Familiarity with ITIL SLAKPIs and business process mapping
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualification



  • Certified in Dynatrace Associate Professional
  • Knowledge of endend business processes especially in Travel
  • Background in Business intelligenceData Analytics
