What You'll Do

Summary/Objective: The IAM Analyst is responsible for provisioning, deprovisioning and maintaining least privilege through automation or manual efforts. They are also responsible for gathering system requirements for automation of user provisioning as well as access requirements for each identity at the credit union while following the credit union's policies and industry best practices. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Gathering identity provisioning automation requirements
- Manual provisioning of digital identities
- User access control design, review, and modification
- Maintain knowledge base on user management for 100+ systems
- Assist with configuration tasks in IAM system
- Gathering and implementing file access management requirements
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor(s).

What You'll Need
|
- Bachelor's degree and/or related work experience commensurate with 1-2 years' experience.
- Experience with IAM management and compliance
- Familiarity with security software, tools, and equipment.
- 1+ years of knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial institution environment.
- Ability to adapt to technology and regulatory changes.
- Possess strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Good sense of accountability. Ability to work independently with some direction and follow-up.
- Good interpersonal communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Good written and presentation skills with the emphasis of leading and facilitating discussions, directing meetings, and documenting follow-up requirements.
- Good knowledge of Information Technology and Network Security environments.
