Position Summary:


The Game Presentation Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional in-venue experience. This position is responsible for loading and managing LED content across stadium displays, coordinating with various departments to obtain game day content for videoboards, and supporting the Manager of Game Presentation in creating compelling game day shows that engage fans and elevate the overall atmosphere.



Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Prepare, upload, and schedule LED board content for all home games and events.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all visual assets across stadium displays.
  • Organize and communicate daily schedules for game day and event crews.
  • Assist in executing the run of show, including clips, LEDs, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless production.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing fan engagement and in-game entertainment.
  • Compile and load weekly content requests from the rundown to the creative department and content department.
  • Quality control check partnership submitted creative content to ensure that it fits the various specifications in the building.
  • Submit weekly requirements to MLS.
  • Work with Manager of Game Presentation to produce weekly proof of performance videos, sheets and imagery.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in television production, communications or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in live event production, sports entertainment, or related role.
  • Knowledge and experience with Daktronics LED and Ross XPression, Tessera, and/or Piero software.
  • Understanding of all aspects of production and post-production.
  • Must have strong organizational and communications skills.
  • Must have experience with motion graphics, photoshop, edit suites, lighting, color suites, and audio suites.
  • Must pass pre-employment screens

Work Environment & Physical Requirements



  • This position operates in a professional office environment and outside in a stadium facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
  • Must be able to work in all Charlotte FC home matches.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., loading and moving equipment as necessary.
  • Ability to remain sitting for up to 8 hours at a desk and computer.
  • Must be able to write, type and use equipment for extended periods of time
  • Ability to remain standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to climb stairs, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stoop as necessary when working with equipment.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and endure weather conditions, including rain, wind, high and low temperatures, etc.
  • Must be able to work in non-traditional settings, and work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
