As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property by vehicle as well as on foot. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the apartment community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disturbances.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, maintenance issues, or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Work closely with property management and residents to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities.
• Follow all Allied Universal protocols and client-specific guidelines while performing duties at the residential location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
