As a Security Officer - Aero Dispatch Monitor in Goleta, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at an aerospace and defense location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage all incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch center, including radio, phone, and electronic communications, to support security-related operations.
• Coordinate response to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, dispatching appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications as required by site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific guidelines.
• Assist with emergency response activities by notifying and directing the appropriate resources according to established protocols.
• Support Allied Universal security-related operations by relaying information and instructions between field personnel and management.
• Help to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining a visible and responsive presence through dispatch operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
