Software Engineer

On our team, you'll help create and implement complete end-to-end solutions that modernize client systems. You'll ensure that your team's solutions consider the broader ecosystem and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements. We are looking for a developer with the skills needed to build an application from vision to a production-ready system. This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify and implement system improvements. Using theSoftware Development Life Cycle, you will build modern-day technical solutions with favorable technologies, including Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, SQL, Linux, and COTS and GOTSsoftware frameworks. You can analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you are developing considers thecurrentarchitecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You'll work closely with your client to understand their questions and needs, then collaborate with subject matter experts and an elite group of fellow engineers to deliver impactful solutions to the client.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods

• 2+ years of experience with software development with programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks such as Python or Scala

• Experience with object-oriented programming, API development, and PostgreSQL databases

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, including React, Angular, or Node.js

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning models

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Spring/Summer 2026

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the administration of continuous integration or continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, or Jenkins

• Knowledge of acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization

• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance

• Secret clearance

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
