SUMMARY
The Treasury Solutions Coordinating Manager coordinates the activities and operations of the Treasury Solutions Officers and Treasury Delivery Specialist team across entire bank footprint. This manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to drive sustained and profitable growth through deepening existing relationships and new client acquisition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners with Treasury Solutions Market Leaders to provide staffing, coverage, and training for Treasury Solutions Officers and Treasury Delivery Solutions (TDS) teams.
  • Partners with Treasury Operations, Treasury Sales Managers, Customer Support Managers, Business Partners, and Commercial Bankers to drive fee income for Treasury Management (Solutions) activities.
  • Develops teamwork concepts within the bank to ensure effective cross-selling of Treasury Management products and services with the objective of proactively responding to customer Treasury Management (TM) needs.
  • Focuses on building strong relationships with various departments and strategic partners across all bank regions.
  • Ensures operations policies and procedures are followed to include regulatory compliance.
  • Identifies and supports the execution of new business opportunities, overseeing pipeline development, sales activity tracking, and progression toward client growth goals.
  • Supports sales operations by managing KPIs, prospecting processes, competitive analysis, and market expansion strategies.
  • Interacts with internal and external customers to understand their needs.
  • Establishes expectation for onboarding and training of TM customers, including execution of documents and accurate implementation of services sold.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training to the Treasury Sales teams.
  • Assist the Regional Treasury Solutions Sales Managers to assess staffing, coverage, and training needs for the sales support teams.
  • Participate with Regional Treasury Solutions Delivery Managers to recruit and hire for sales support openings.
  • Implements effective onboarding and training program for new hires.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years financial services experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Treasury management and business development experience preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $XX,XXX to $XX,XXX per year (in CO & WA) and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, this role is eligible to receive annual discretionary cash and stock bonuses. Benefits available for this position include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays. Please note this information is provided for those hired in Colorado and Washington only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado and Washington with compensation that aligns with your location.
