The Opportunity

Adobe Firefly Enterprise's Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) organization is scaling rapidly to meet the enterprise demand for AI-powered creative transformation. To unlock this growth, we need a world-class Learning & Enablement leader who can architect the strategy, systems, and programs that upskill our global team across GenAI, customer delivery excellence, product mastery, leadership effectiveness, and cross-functional alignment.

This leader will act as the central orchestrator of learning for the FDE org-designing the enablement ecosystem, leading the roadmap, and ensuring every FDE, AI Engagement Manager, Architect, Program Manager, and People Manager develops the capabilities required to drive meaningful, measurable impact for our customers.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Operating Model

  • Build and own the multi-quarter Learning & Enablement strategy aligned to FDE's vision, mission, practices, and role expectations.
  • Develop an enablement operating model covering onboarding, continuous learning, certification, and role progression.
  • Define capability frameworks for each FDE role family (FDE, FDA, AI EM, PgM, People Managers).

Program Design & Execution

  • Architect a holistic curriculum across:
    • GenAI technical fluency
    • Creative software workflows
    • Customer value realization (Activation, Adoption, Engagement)
    • Product & roadmap awareness
    • Consulting skills, executive presence, storytelling
    • Manager & leadership development
  • Lead the build of cross-skilling and upskilling programs that accelerate performance and readiness for stretch opportunities.
  • Create a structured role-based onboarding program with measurable proficiency milestones.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver always-current product and feature enablement.
  • Work closely with Customer Engagement, Leadership, and Talent Development teams to ensure alignment with broader Adobe programs.
  • Establish feedback loops from leaders, practitioners, and customers to iterate and refine the enablement roadmap.

Systems, Tooling & Measurement

  • Build a scalable learning system using best-in-class platforms (LMS, content hubs, certification systems) with an eye towards AI native platforms.
  • Develop KPIs for learning adoption, proficiency lift, time-to-productivity, and business impact.
  • Ensure programs are measurable, repeatable, and globally scalable.
What You Bring
  • 8-12+ years in Learning & Development, Enablement, or Talent Strategy roles in high-growth tech, consulting, or product orgs.
  • Experience building structured learning programs for technical and customer-facing teams, ideally in AI, cloud, or enterprise software.
  • Strong program design, facilitation, and curriculum development expertise.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market functions.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and building systems from zero to one.
  • Bias toward operational excellence, measurable outcomes, and strategic clarity.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $127,300 -- $243,050 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $167,900 - $243,050

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
