Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What Fuels Success Here:

• 6 months of production or facility maintenance experience
• Working knowledge ofhydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and ladder logic programs
• Experience withAllen Bradley or GE PLCsand Windows-based software preferred
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and diagnostic tools
• Strong skills in electrical power/controls, mechanical systems, and fluid handling systems
• Trade or Technical School certification preferred
• Forklift experience (required in some locations)

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform general facility maintenance including patching, painting, hardware repairs, and repair/replacement work as needed.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance on facility systems and production equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment used in5-gallon water jug production and handling, including:
  
  
  
  • Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid handling systems.
  
  
  
  
• Diagnose and repair production and warehouse equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and assist in developing operating standards and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and work areas.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Communicate and coordinate with equipment vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Follow all safety, food-grade, and operational standards.
