Hours & Pay

• Schedule: First shift, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:00 pm
• Pay Rate: $17 per hour

What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage payments to vendors in accordance with established procedures
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support the accounting team with year-end catch-up activities

What You'll Bring

• Some prior experience in accounts payable or invoice processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
