Operations Supervisor

A globally recognized innovator in advanced lighting and smart building solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing distribution team in Irving, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role for a driven warehouse supervisor/operations supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and knows how to motivate teams while driving safety, productivity, and service excellence.

Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-20 warehouse associates to meet daily operational goals
• Drive productivity, accuracy, and customer service performance across distribution operations
• Manage employee attendance, performance, and ongoing development
• Partner with HR to resolve personnel matters within a union environment
• Promote and enforce a Zero Incident Safety Culture across all shifts
• Maintain floor presence throughout the shift, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment
• 3+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
• Stand-up forklift experience (occasional use)
• SAP experience preferred (PR3/PR4, ECC6, or S/4HANA)
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must reside within 50 miles of Irving, TX (no relocation available)
