We have two openings for experienced, in-office, full-time Customer Service Representatives. This important role is the first to connect with our customers and provide the high level of service that we're known for.

Requirements: High personal integrity and desire to serve others High school diploma/GED required (college experience or degree a plus) 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality Self-motivated with strong organizational ability Strong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook Multi-lingual, Spanish speaking ability preferred!
