Job Description Elwyn Seeks a Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership, nursing education, and direct support to the Adult Behavioral Health Programs and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams across Delaware. This role ensures high-quality nursing practice, promotes clinical excellence, supports regulatory compliance, and reinforces a therapeutic, recovery-oriented environment for the individuals we serve. The Charge Nurse serves as a skilled resource and mentor for program nurses, provides LLAM (Limited Lay Administration of Medication) training to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and may provide on-site nursing coverage in program homes when needed.
