Posted Date: Dec 19 2025 GSC Strategy Lead Business Introduction This is a truly exciting opportunity to be an integral leader within the Global Supply Chain at GSK. The role of the GSC Strategy Lead is to develop and/or maintain a comprehensive product lifecycle strategy for the end-to-end supply chain that aligns both short- & long-term strategic goals (commercial sourcing, growth, risk mitigation, cost) across the Global Supply Chain (GSC). Reporting into the GSC Strategy Senior Director - the GSC Strategy Lead independently develops the strategy for individual brands or networks, effectively managing risk, cost and other challenges. Accountable for new business cases, the GSC Strategy Lead makes evidence-based recommendations up to the GSC-LT and provides technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of the brand strategy in order to influence and guide key stakeholders. The GSC Strategy Lead is able to identify and manage internal stakeholders up to GSC, R&D and Commercial LT level. The GSC Strategy Lead should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of both the industry (Pharma, Vaccines) as well as strengths in technical understanding (Biopharms, Sterile Manufacture, Devices, External Manufacturing) and strategic decision making (commercial / R&D insights, scenario planning, business case development, financials, SC risk assessment). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy, while also maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability.
