*Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days/week onsite after training)* *About the Role* We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and adaptable *Customer Service Representative* to join our team in Swedesboro, NJ. In this role, you will support pet patients, their owners, and healthcare providers by delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, missiondriven environment and wants to build a long-term career in customer care and pharmacy services. *What You'll Do* * Provide customer service with *kindness, empathy, patience, and professionalism* * Navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems with accuracy * Adapt quickly to varied customer interactions (inbound, outbound, email, SMS, chat, mailed prescriptions) * Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team-including pharmacy, fulfillment, and operations * Maintain a positive, solutions-focused mindset while keeping pet patients and customers at the center *Training & Work Environment* *New Hire Training (Onsite, Paid) - Swedesboro, NJ Campus* * *6 weeks of in-classroom training* * *Weeks 1-3:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM * *Weeks 4-6:* Monday-Friday, start times may shift to 9 AM or 10 AM * Training includes exposure to: * State-of-the-art labs * Shipping and warehousing operations * Preparation to become a *Customer Care Specialist* * Registration as a *New Jersey Pharmacy Technician* *Post-Training Schedule* * Standard shift: *11:30 AM - 8:00 PM* (subject to change by shift bid) * Call Center Hours: * *Mon-Fri:* 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM * *Sat:* 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Hybrid schedule requiring *2 in-office days per week* * Weekend requirement: * *1 Saturday per month* (9 AM-5 PM) * *1 additional Saturday per quarter* *Who You Are* * Patient, empathetic, and customer-obsessed * Comfortable multitasking across several communication channels * Able to work independently and collaboratively * Positive and professional, even in fast-changing situations * Excited to support both people and pets with care and accuracy *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Swedesboro, NJ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
