About the role:

Boston Scientific is seeking a visionary Senior Digital Producer to lead enterprise-level digital production initiatives within our Endoscopy Division. This role combines strategic leadership, governance, technical expertise and a collaborative approach to deliver impactful digital experiences for healthcare professionals and patients worldwide. Reporting to the Digital Production Manager, the Senior Digital Producer will influence divisional and corporate strategies, mentor team members, and ensure flawless execution across complex technical environments.

The Senior Digital Producer is a strategic leader and practitioner, driving digital transformation through collaboration and hands-on execution. This position requires autonomy, enterprise thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while managing high-impact, multi-market projects.

Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership



  • Own and drive Endoscopy digital production strategy ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and user needs.
  • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide digital standards, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Lead high-impact digital initiatives from concept to delivery with minimal oversight.
  • Champion digital-first approaches and advocate for innovation across platforms and processes.



Technical Expertise & Execution



  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Build and optimize websites, landing pages, and microsites with a focus on experience, SEO, and responsive design.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Design and deploy responsive emails and collaborate with Marketing Automation partners on automated journeys & personalized campaigns.
  • Operate in complex AEM instances with the ability to adapt to platform constraints and nuances.
  • Maintain technical fluency to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance without reliance on external resources.



Digital Experience Design & Optimization



  • Partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to elevate digital storytelling and optimize engagement.
  • Use analytics and testing to refine user journeys and maximize conversion across platforms.



Leadership & Collaboration



  • Act as a senior liaison between divisional stakeholders and corporate digital teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Guide cross-functional partners to foster a culture of digital excellence.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of emerging technologies and best practices.



Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in digital production, marketing communications, UX design, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital production, including leadership of enterprise-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and digital design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proven ability to shape enterprise-level digital strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in AEM and SFMC, with experience executing complex builds and campaigns.
  • Skilled in HTML, CSS, SEO/SEM, and responsive design methodologies.


  • Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex digital concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.



Preferred qualifications:



  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
