Join our Media Measurement & Optimization Team at General Mills! We're on a journey to provide remarkable experiences to our consumers through communications, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring our advertising & media reaches them at the right time and in the right channels. This is a unique opportunity to build a new capability within General Mills, focused on in-flight media optimization. You'll lead a team that monitors, tracks, and optimizes our digital media investment across channels, customers, and brands, working closely with teams in Marketing Planning & Activation (MP&A), Brand, Agency partners, Media Measurement, and Data & Technology. Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain standardized KPI frameworks and reporting tools.
- Oversee the team's monitoring of campaign performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Analyze campaign and channel performance data to uncover key trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead the business-facing media optimization team, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of optimization strategies.
- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with leadership to evolve measurement practices and support ongoing optimization efforts.
- Stay current on developments in the digital media optimization industry.
- Manage and mentor a global team of analysts and specialists.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media optimization, marketing performance analytics, or digital analytics.
- Experience with KPI tooling and tracking across channels, customers, and brands.
- Ability to generate actionable insights to optimize brand strategy execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
- Experience in leading, developing, and inspiring a team.
- Excellent communication skills navigating cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Media Agency setting serving a Global CPG client.
- Experience working with MP&A Specialists, Brand Teams, and Media Measurement & Analytics teams.
- Knowledge of both National and Commerce/Retail media investment.
- Experience in delivering clear, tailored recommendations.
Additional Considerations:
- This role will be based in Minneapolis, MN and relocation will be provided to candidates currently not residing here.

The salary range for this position is $108900.00 - $181700.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
