About the Role

WEX is a global fintech company helping businesses simplify the way they manage and pay for complex operational expenses. Across mobility, corporate payments, and employee benefits, WEX builds technology-driven solutions that remove friction, create trust, and deliver real-world impact at scale.

As part of our Health & Benefits organization, we are on a journey to build a unified, world-class digital experience across our products and services. We are seeking a Product Manager III, Content Management to help reimagine how content is created, managed, and delivered across customer and employee experiences.

In this role, you will own the execution and delivery of scalable content platform capabilities that support omnichannel experiences. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build modern, API-driven content solutions that enable teams to move faster, reduce complexity, and deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Product Manager III, Content Management, you will:

  • Own the execution and delivery of new and enhanced content management platform capabilities within the Health & Benefits line of business

  • Translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, and other Product teams to deliver scalable, API-driven content solutions

  • Enable omnichannel content delivery across web, mobile, and downstream integrations

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders by clearly communicating priorities, dependencies, tradeoffs, and outcomes

  • Lead agile delivery across one or more engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

  • Use data and customer insights to inform decisions, measure success, and continuously improve content platform performance

  • Support multiple initiatives in parallel, spanning different stages of maturity and delivery velocity

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a product manager who combines strong execution skills with technical depth and a passion for great user experiences:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, enterprise platforms, or content management systems

  • Proven experience delivering products built on API-driven architectures (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, integrations)

  • Strong execution track record, including launching, iterating, and scaling platform or content-related capabilities

  • Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and hands-on experience partnering with engineering teams end-to-end

  • Demonstrated ability to work across 1-2 engineering teams and multiple product teams simultaneously

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product strategy and measure performance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical constraints into clear business context

  • A customer-first mindset and strong background in designing solutions that delight customers and internal stakeholders

What will give you an edge

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Direct experience building or managing a modern, headless Content Management System (CMS)

  • Experience supporting omnichannel content delivery across web, mobile, and integrated platforms

  • Strong history of partnering with platform and infrastructure teams to support scalable, composable, and event-driven architectures
