• Collaborate with global marketing, commercial, and medical education teams to define strategic priorities and design essential learning pathways for ENT healthcare professionals.
• Lead instructional design and development of global curricula, ensuring alignment with learning science principles and strategic objectives.
• Drive creation and deployment of educational initiatives, including digital content, virtual simulations, webinars, and in-person programs.
• Manage global projects for medical education pathways, including effectiveness metrics and continuous improvement.
• Maintain engagement with ENT healthcare professionals through field insights to ensure content relevance and impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, or related field; instructional design certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in training and/or instructional design with a proven track record in strategic project management.
• Strong understanding of learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick) and advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to travel globally (30-40%) and collaborate across diverse teams.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $110,000-260,000 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications. You may also be entitled to receive bonus and benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
