The Impact You Will Create: This role as a Data Engineer will support a program that provides secure authentication and identity verification, allowing individuals to use a single, trusted account to access multiple federal services. The service supports more than 60 million users and processes over 160 million sign-ins annually across 30+ agencies and 300+ applications. Your Responsibilities in This Role:
- Provide comprehensive data analytics support to advance strategic goals-strengthening service reliability, enhancing performance, and identifying opportunities for product improvement
- Develop foundational analytics capabilities that deliver insights into product usage, operational effectiveness, and user experience.
- Leverage modern analytics practices while ensuring strong data privacy and security protections.
- Enable internal capacity-building, collaborating with stakeholders, and applying data-driven methods to optimize processes across key value streams: Business, Performance, Equity, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, and Security.
- Delivers data visualization, analysis, and automation solutions that drive informed decision-making and advance the mission of the program.
