Provides analytical and operational support in the oversight of the global retirement plans of the corporation, including US defined benefit and US defined contribution plans, as well as, international plans, under limited supervision.

Essential Functions

  • Provides financial analysis, on asset classes including global equity, fixed income, hedge funds, and other private markets including private equity, real estate and infrastructure.
  • Coordinates with internal departments and external parties on investment and retirement related administrative issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, economics, accounting, or another quantitative field.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years' experience in an analytical role relating to finance including investment research/ analysis, asset allocation, corporate finance, pension management and/or investment risk management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Familiarity with fixed income, equity, and/or private market portfolio management as well as strong computer modeling ability.

Strong research, analytical, human relations, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior knowledge of pension accounting, Experience or familiarity with asset/liability management, Experience with FactSet and Bloomberg, Prior experience with defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, HR, and Compliance functions.
