Provides analytical and operational support in the oversight of the global retirement plans of the corporation, including US defined benefit and US defined contribution plans, as well as, international plans, under limited supervision. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, economics, accounting, or another quantitative field. Minimum Experience Four (4) years' experience in an analytical role relating to finance including investment research/ analysis, asset allocation, corporate finance, pension management and/or investment risk management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Familiarity with fixed income, equity, and/or private market portfolio management as well as strong computer modeling ability. Strong research, analytical, human relations, and communication skills. Job Conditions None Preferred Qualifications: Prior knowledge of pension accounting, Experience or familiarity with asset/liability management, Experience with FactSet and Bloomberg, Prior experience with defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, HR, and Compliance functions.
