• Utilize VA security tools to identify configuration and compliance gaps.
• Document findings and assign remediation tasks to appropriate teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure completion of remediation efforts.
• Create and manage change requests in ServiceNow for assigned products.
• Handle incident management by assigning by assigning tasks and generating work requests.
• Apply basic project management principles to track and report progress.
• Collaborate using tools like Jira to support workflow and tasks tracking.
• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of servers, hardware, and software concepts.
• Work independently with moderate supervision, ensuring accountability and follow-through.

• Experience with ServiceNow modules, including Incidents, Change Management, Requests, and CAM.
• Proficient in NESSUS for Vulnerability scanning and reporting.
• Experience with REEF: VA-specific security tool.
• Experience with Jira: Task and project tracking.
• Experience with Security Compliance: Understanding of security principles and remediation.
• Experience with Project Management: Basic knowledge of planning and execution.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with servers, hardware, and software environments.

Education:

• AA or 2 year technical school Degree in a business discipline or equivalent.
• Four (4) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Clearance:

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Location:

• Remote, USA
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $32,730 to $38,500.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
