Overview The End Drug Shortages Alliance (EDSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to collaborating with its health system, supply chain, and other stakeholder members to solve pharmaceutical supply challenges to end drug shortages. At ASHP, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. The salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000 and ASHP offers a comprehensive benefits plan. This position is eligible to be remote but the individual must work from one of the following states so we can follow appropriate tax laws: AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, VA, WI, WV. Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including corporate sponsorships, grants, and membership contributions. Lead growth, retention, and engagement to ensure strong value and alignment with the Alliance's mission.
