Overview
The Agency of Transportation (AOT) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Specialist to support the northwest region of the AOT Fleet at our Chimney Corners location. This position is responsible for managing stockrooms and maintaining accurate inventory of parts, materials, and supplies used in the maintenance and repair of a wide range of vehicles, equipment, and tools. This position is eligible for a sign-on and retention bonus of up to $2000! Newly hired CDL and non-CDL holders who are hired into permanent maintenance worker or mechanic job on or after July 13, 2025 are eligible. Incumbents must be able to lift and move heavy parts, equipment or supplies. Must be available to work necessary overtime to provide all supply room services during emergency or storm situations. Some fieldwork will be necessary to inspect outlying inventory locations. Private means of transportation may be necessary. Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) or more years of experience in inventory, or in automotive maintenance. Preferred Qualifications
Automotive vocational coursework. Special Requirements
