Summary of Position

The Client Operations Manager supports the Client Manager in managing relationships with mid-to-large strategic clients, aligning with client and team needs. This role collaborates with the Client Management team, internal stakeholders, and clients to maximize use and satisfaction of Teladoc Health products and address requests tied to strategic initiatives.

The position requires an individual who maintains excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills, self-starter and self along with the ability to mobilize internal resources to maximize the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for designated clients, managing the fulfilment and implementation of their daily strategic requests and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive operational account plans tailored to each client's unique setup and business objectives.
  • Proactively monitor operational workflows (e.g., eligibility, claims, billing, reporting) and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Analyzing large data sets to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Lead client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support implementation and post-implementation processes as an operational subject matter expert.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address complex client needs and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Manage ad hoc and ongoing reporting requests, incentive file setups, and operational escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within client operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Collaborate with Client Managers to align communication strategies and strategic initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a secondary point of contact to clients
  • Develop an established relationship with key client contacts, the Client Management team, and other internal business partners
  • Support the Client Management team with strategic initiatives
  • Ensure expectations are set appropriately related to open tasks to all parties
  • Secure successful execution and resolution of client needs and requests
  • Capability to recognize and manage the nuances of all market segments
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Dedication and willingness to manage to fruition, a high volume of client requests and expectation of proactive outreach to help clients meet their goals
  • Quality focused with ability to meet deadlines and multitask
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with excellent analysis and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to perform root cause analysis, critical thinking and resolve conflict
  • Team oriented, with ability to work individually when needed
  • Advanced PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Teladoc product and healthcare industry knowledge
  • Associate/bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years within a client management capacity

The base salary range for this position is$50,000 - $60,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
