For more information about the company and product line visit: www.sigsauer.com Position Summary: The Principal Planner is responsible for managing and aligning all facets of Supply Chain (master scheduling, inventory planning, releasing and prioritizing work orders with Operations and Manufacturing) while also maintaining, coordinating, and strategizing for contractual commitments and deadlines, and acts as the primary back-up contact in management's absence. This role requires at least 10 years of experience working in a production/manufacturing environment, at least 10 years of experience working in Supply Chain, and a strong understanding of supply chain management concepts. The Principal Planner works closely with all internal SIG departments, especially Operations, to tie together all major deadlines and it is not uncommon to interface with the executive management team.
