This Plant Administrator opportunity is designed for an experienced, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting leadership across HR, Operations, Safety, Engineering, Quality, and R&D. Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Day Shift)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do



  • Prepare presentations, reports, memos, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, events, travel, and visitor scheduling
  • Support mass site communications and assist with internal and external messaging
  • Provide administrative support across HR, EHS, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D
  • Lead employee engagement activities, site events, and community initiatives
  • Administer the Learning Management System (HSI) and support employee training sessions
  • Maintain accurate file systems and ensure compliance with record retention procedures
  • Order and manage office supplies, conference room scheduling, and shared resources
  • Oversee company store operations and assist with PPE programs, including safety shoes, eyewear, and uniforms
  • Receive incoming raw materials and finished goods, verify documentation, and organize receiving reports using SAP
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement enhancements

What You Bring



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience in a professional or manufacturing environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
