As a Sr. Consultant on the Insurance Market Development team, you will play a critical role in executing partnership and acquisition strategies that drive growth within the Insurance vertical. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position focused on managing existing partnerships, supporting business case development, and collaborating with internal teams to expand strategic relationships.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, market strategy teams, and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, evaluate fit, and ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives. This role offers visibility across the organization and the chance to influence strategic outcomes while building deep expertise in insurance market development.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4-6 years of experience in partnership management, business development, corporate development, or market development.
  • Insurance industry experience strongly preferred (candidates without insurance exposure will not be considered).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to perform high-level financial analysis and market sizing.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; skilled in creating clear, compelling presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and build relationships across a matrixed organization.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10-15%, less than 25%).

Impact You'll Make:

Partnership Execution & Relationship Management

  • Manage existing partnerships and support expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for partnership-related activities within the Insurance vertical.
  • Collaborate with legal and internal teams on contract reviews and compliance.

Market Analysis & Business Case Development

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build business cases and feasibility studies for new partnerships or market entry initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with market strategy, solutions, and sales leadership teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
  • Support onboarding and relationship management for new partners.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
